Physical Cleaning (To Remove Dust/Dirt):
- Safe Method: Gently wipe the crystal with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
- Water Method: (Check your stone's water safety first!) If needed, briefly rinse the crystal under cool running water.
- Immediately pat it completely dry with a soft cloth. Never use hot water.

Energetic Cleansing (To Refresh its Energy):
Safe Methods:
- Cleanse crystals with Full Moon light (several hours) or cleansing smoke (Palo Santo or Sage). These methods are safe for all crystals.
- Earth Cleansing: Reconnect your crystals with the earth by burying them in soil overnight. An indoor plant works just as well if you don't have a garden.
Methods to Avoid:
- Earth Cleansing Warning: Do not bury soft, metallic, or water-sensitive stones (e.g., Selenite, Pyrite, Hematite) as the soil's moisture and acidity can cause them to dissolve, oxidise, or chip.
- Water Damage: Avoid soaking water-soluble stones (e.g., Selenite, Celestite—they can dissolve), iron-content stones (e.g., Hematite, Pyrite—they can oxidise/rust), and fragile stones (e.g., Black Tourmaline, Kyanite—they can crack).
- Sun Damage: Keep colour-sensitive crystals (e.g., Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Citrine) out of prolonged direct sunlight, as UV rays will cause the colour to fade.

- Avoid Harsh Elements: Keep crystals away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, and cleaning products. Avoid extreme temperature changes, as this can cause fragile crystals to fracture.

I just received my order today, which included a piece of this jasper, raw black tourmaline, and a pyrite dodecahedron, and I couldn't be more happy with them! The shipping was very quick, only a couple days. The crystals were packed in many layers of bubble wrap, and they looked very secure, and I had no breakages. The crystals themselves were beautiful, and they were all so high quality, especially considering the cheap prices! I couldn't recommend this shop more :)
