How to Cleanse, Charge & Programme Your Kit

Cleansing: Hold water-safe stones under running water and pat dry. Do not let Lapis Lazuli or Howlite touch water or salt — cleanse it using smoke (incense/sage), sound, or by resting it on a Selenite plate.
Energising: Expose your crystals to sunlight (morning light is best) or moonlight for a few hours, or place them in the soil of a healthy plant for 24 hours.
Programming: Hold the stones in your hands, close your eyes, and focus deeply on your intention. Transfer your wish into the crystal as if you have already achieved it.

Safety:

Keep away from children; small pieces may pose a choking hazard.
Do not ingest. Some minerals can be harmful if swallowed or placed in the mouth.
If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Care:

Physical Cleaning (To Remove Dust/Dirt):

Safe Method: Gently wipe the crystal with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
Water Method: (Check your stone's water safety first!) If needed, briefly rinse the crystal under cool running water.
Immediately pat it completely dry with a soft cloth. Never use hot water.

Energetic Cleansing (To Refresh its Energy):

Safe Methods:

Cleanse crystals with Full Moon light (several hours) or cleansing smoke (Palo Santo or Sage). These methods are safe for all crystals.
Earth Cleansing: Reconnect your crystals with the earth by burying them in soil overnight. An indoor plant works just as well if you don't have a garden.

Methods to Avoid:

Earth Cleansing Warning: Do not bury soft, metallic, or water-sensitive stones (e.g., Selenite, Pyrite, Hematite) as the soil's moisture and acidity can cause them to dissolve, oxidise, or chip.
Water Damage: Avoid soaking water-soluble stones (e.g., Selenite, Celestite—they can dissolve), iron-content stones (e.g., Hematite, Pyrite—they can oxidise/rust), and fragile stones (e.g., Black Tourmaline, Kyanite—they can crack).
Sun Damage: Keep colour-sensitive crystals (e.g., Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Citrine) out of prolonged direct sunlight, as UV rays will cause the colour to fade.

Avoid Harsh Elements: Keep crystals away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, and cleaning products. Avoid extreme temperature changes, as this can cause fragile crystals to fracture.
