1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive a shipping notification email, including tracking details, once your order has been dispatched.

• All purchases are posted securely in a padded envelope or box for extra protection.

2. Domestic Shipping (UK)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers can choose between our services offered by Evri and Royal Mail.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER: Orders of £50 or more within the UK qualify for free standard shipping.

3. EU Tax and Duties

All EU Orders: VAT is included and paid at checkout.

From 1 July 2026, the EU has removed the €150 customs duty exemption. A flat-rate customs duty of €3 per unique product type (6-digit HS code) applies to all B2C parcels. For example, an order containing two different product types may incur €6 in customs duty.

From November 2026, an additional EU regulatory handling fee of approximately €2 per shipment is also expected to apply.

We aim to cover these charges within our EU shipping rates wherever possible. For a small number of EU countries, customs charges may be collected from the recipient upon delivery.

Any remaining customs duties and carrier handling fees beyond what is included in your shipping rate are the buyer’s sole responsibility.
