Returns & Refunds policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. BD Crystals operates a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

1. Eligibility and Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, the following items are non-returnable: Sale items, Perfectly Imperfect! items, and Gift cards.

Items from our Perfectly Imperfect! collection are sold with their imperfections explicitly disclosed at the time of purchase. We do not accept returns based on faults or imperfections that were clearly communicated before the order was placed.

 

2. Requesting a Return (The Process)

To qualify for a refund and initiate the return process, you must use our online return request form here.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via the online form will not be accepted.

 

Return Address:

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please send all returns to:

Please ensure you include a note or invoice with your name and order number inside the parcel. We recommend you get a proof of posting receipt to ensure your parcel is safely returned to us.

 

3. Shipping Costs

The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  • Unwanted Goods/Customer Change of Mind: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Faulty, Defective, or Wrongly Delivered Goods: We will cover the return postage costs.

We will not refund for express or dedicated delivery services if the unwanted goods arrived on time. You will receive a refund for express or dedicated delivery if items arrive late and you no longer want them.

 

4. Damages and Issues (Faulty Items)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@bdcrystals.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Faulty, defective, or wrongly delivered goods will be fully refunded, including the original standard delivery cost and return postage costs.

The refund or replacement will be processed upon receipt of the faulty items or submission of a clear photographic image showing the goods and packaging are defective or have been damaged during transit. The acceptance of photographic evidence is solely at the discretion of BD Crystals, who reserve the right to insist that faulty/damaged items are returned prior to processing any refund.

Please note that items from our Perfectly Imperfect! collection are sold with their imperfections clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. These disclosed imperfections do not constitute a fault or defect and are not eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement under this section.

 

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. This right applies to sale items. As with standard returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs for EU withdrawal returns are the buyer's responsibility.

Please note that items from our Perfectly Imperfect! collection are sold with their imperfections explicitly disclosed at the time of purchase. In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to faults or imperfections that were clearly communicated to the buyer before the order was placed.

In addition, EU customers have statutory rights regarding the conformity of goods under Directive 2019/771/EU. If your item is faulty, not as described, or does not conform to the contract, please contact us at info@bdcrystals.com.

 

6. Refunds and Timeline

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time (typically 3-5 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the credit to your account. This additional delay is outside of our control.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please email us at info@bdcrystals.com.

 

7. Cancellations and Exchanges

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@bdcrystals.com as soon as possible. If your package has not yet been dispatched, you will be refunded via your original payment method.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We replace defective or damaged items only.
